Leatherhead

Leatherhead, places to walk

We are so fortunate to live near so much countryside and
Fine Fettle being based in Bookham, Leatherhead is right on the doorstep of so
much of it.

Walking has huge health benefits and is accessible to most people and here we share some walks in Leatherhead.

Don’t underestimate the power of a 10-20-minute brisk walk each day.  Walking will improve your heart and lung function. Research has shown it can help reduce your risk of heart disease or stroke.  It can help strengthen your bones and increase your muscle strength.  Do enough walking and you will reduce your body fat too. The thing I love about walking is taking time to explore new areas and the feel-good feeling it gives me.

Fine Fettle is based in Bookham, Leatherhead and sits at the top of Bookham High Street.  Just a short walk to Norbury Park, Polesden Lacey and Bookham Common.  The areas of Bookham, Fetcham and Leatherhead have so many options to choose from for a scenic walk.

Here is the link to a few walks around Leatherhead.  Who knew there was a footpath off the entrance to Tesco in Leatherhead?  I love to explore, and I am certainly going to get out and see more of Leatherhead over the next few weeks.  Let me know where you love to walk
