“After walking out of Fine Fettle, the knowledge I gained on my ankle injury was second to none. A very thorough assessment of my injury was carried out and many things picked up that other professionals hadn’t! I have received continued support and information throughout my recovery that has been invaluable. I would and have recommended Fine Fettle to many”

PEOPLE WHO INSPIRE ME – Excerpt from 52 Marathon Man’s blog

“Helen is an Osteopath whose business offers everything from hypnotherapy to sports massage. She first got in touch with me right at the start of the 52 marathon challenge and simply said that if there’s anway she can help, she will. And she did! Advice, guidance, information, treatment, encouragement, laughs, pep talks – the lot!

Helen is the type of person that will offer you the world because she truly believes in what she is doing and the things her business has to offer. They’ve recently won a national award and I really believe that’s completely down to their open, honest and personal approach to what they do. There is no salesmanship, they are people who offer you everything you need and not a bit more. They don’t rip you off – they’re way too good for that.

Helen is as nice a person as you could meet. She excudes enthusiasm and appears to be a fantastic boss. She gives up her time and you will find her on any given weekend out somewhere offering FREE treatments to people taking part in events for charity. If they are given money, it all goes to charity. She gives back over and over again.

When I first met Helen she was “just an Osteopath” But having learned more about her, it turns out she’s one of the very best. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting her, try not to be infected by her enthusiasm – I dare you. It’s impossible – she is more infections than bird flu and you’ll leave a treatment from her with the desire to go and run a marathon there and then.

Its because of Helen getting involved that I managed to complete my challenge and it’s because of Helen that I was able to keep running and say I. Won’t. Stop.”

“After trying many other clinics I have decided Fine Fettle is the best. They are prepared to treat the whole body and not just the symptoms presented so the body is able to heal itself fully. I’ve found this works for me!”

Sue Raynesford-Smith

“I would recommend Helen to any friend or family”. See Helen!”

“Fine Fettle Osteopaths always explain what’s wrong with you. The treatment is described so that you can understand what they are doing. The treatment I had involving acupuncture was fully explained. I was given hot and cold treatment at home which was explained clealy as well”

“Helen and the team at Fine Fettle have been volunteering at our running events for about four years. They come along to seven events a year.

They are a very friendly, professional team offering pre and post race massage to the runners participating in our events. We have had wonderful feedback regarding their work and would not hesitate to recommend Helen and Fine Fettle to our customers.”

Another camexpo winner was Helen Bullen, owner of Fine Fettle Multi Healthcare in Bookham, Surrey, which won the CAM Clinic of the Year Award 2013 (they were also finalist in 2012). The Award, sponsored by TIANA Fair Trade Organics, included £250 cash and £250 of products for the clinic, and was presented by The CMA’s president Jayney Goddard. The Award, which is now in its fourth year, was judged on the treatments offered, marketing, client testimonials, unique selling points and all round client experience. The final shortlist also included Ayurveda Pura in North Greenwich, London, and Summertown Clinic in Norwich.

The judging panel were impressed by the high quality of entries but singled out Fine Fettle Multi Healthcare for its involvement with its local community and fantastic client testimonials, commenting: “The winning clinic not only offers a wide range of therapies, they also have excellent links with local GPs and consultants. It has a clear clinic ethos, offers an integrated therapy approach, and is heavily involved with the community running regular charity events and supports local activities.”

Please would you be able to pass on my thanks to Brett. I came in for a reflexology session (my first ever) last Saturday to try to jig along labour and avoid a Monday induction. Please let Brett know that by half way through lunch that same day contractions started!!! It was a slow process but I avoided being induced and we welcomed Joshua Jago Hackett in to the world on 17th February, 2 days after my lovely reflexology session. I promised I would let him know. Please thank him for me! Even if contractions hadn’t started the treatment was so lovely anyway!
With many thanks,

Pippin….and Joshua! X

I’d like to say the best bit of visiting Finefettle is the welcome that the staff give you on arrival which is very good, but I can’t.

I’d like to say the best bit of visiting Finefettle is the relaxed atmosphere of the practice which it has, but I can’t.

I’d like to say the best bit of visiting Finefettle is the understanding and caring practitioners which they are, but I can’t.

I’d like to say the best bit of visiting Finefettle is the holisitic (whole body) treatment which is excellent, but I can’t.

Because the BEST BIT of visiting Finefettle is being able to walk more easily out of the door than I walked in, knowing that my arms will function for a while, my muscle spasm has been reduced, my pain level lessened and my mood lifted. And the VERY BEST BIT of all is the prescription for a post treatment hot chocolate with marshmallows.

I may have an incurable condition which can stop me doing many normal everyday activities, but Finefettle has enabled me to function better from the day the Practice opened. They never give up despite my presenting them with challenging problems and for that they have my heartfelt thanks. Keep up the good work.

Mrs L Roberts, Ashtead

The team at Fine Fettle are great, extremely knowledgeable and honest.

I have had treatment a couple of times for different reasons, the most recent being a troublesome knee. Owen worked on me for 2 sessions and after the second my issue had cleared. He even massaged my feet as part of treatment which is a great achievement as I HATE having my feet touched!

I would highly recommend them.

My feet feel amazing! Thank you
